Privacy notice

Updated 21 October 2026

This notice explains information used for Fit In The Gap purchases and support. For questions or privacy requests, contact officialhdfitness@gmail.com. Payhip and payment providers also process information under their own policies.

Who operates Fit In The Gap

Fit In The Gap is operated by Hayden, based in the United Kingdom.

For questions about how Fit In The Gap uses your information or to exercise applicable privacy rights, contact officialhdfitness@gmail.com.

Information we use

We may receive your name, email, order reference, purchased product and purchase/download information through Payhip. We receive information you include in a support message. We use relevant details to help with purchases, resolve complaints, administer refunds, keep required records and protect against misuse.

The workout and habit trackers are files you use yourself. This website does not receive what you write in them. Avoid sending unnecessary health information, card details, passwords or verification codes.

Why we use it

Where UK data-protection law applies, relevant processing is based on performing a contract, meeting legal obligations or proportionate legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, resolving disputes and operating a secure service. Consent is obtained separately when needed for a new use.

Service providers

Payhip handles checkout, delivery and order/receipt information. Its supported payment providers handle payments. Gmail is used for support correspondence; the website host and font providers may process technical request information needed to supply the site.

Relevant information may be shared when necessary to provide these services, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Providers have their own processing and retention arrangements. This notice does not promise that all information stays in the UK or that deleting our copy deletes all provider-held records.

Marketing and cookies

After you accept Meta tracking, this website uses Meta Pixel 1648621880204579 to send the standard PageView event to Meta for advertising measurement. This can include the page URL, browser/device information, network information and cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this information with your use of its services under its own policies. The Pixel library and its events are blocked until you accept, including on subsequent visits where there is no valid saved acceptance.

You can reject Meta tracking without losing access to the site or purchase links. Use Tracking preferences in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Rejecting stops our Pixel's further event delivery and removes accessible first-party Meta measurement cookies; it does not undo information already shared with Meta or remove every provider-held record.

Your accepted or rejected choice and its timestamp are kept in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days so we can honour your preference. If that choice expires or is cleared, the Pixel waits for a new acceptance. If browser storage is unavailable, an explicit choice applies only to the current page visit. Meta can use first-party and third-party cookies with lifetimes that depend on the cookie and your Meta settings; see its Cookies Policy for current details and browser controls.

These consent controls apply only to the Meta Pixel installed on this website. Existing platform analytics, hosting/font services and Payhip/payment services remain separate and may process technical information or use technologies under their own notices. This page does not claim that rejecting Meta tracking stops all provider activity.

No newsletter is added. Receipt or support contact is not permission for unrelated marketing emails. This installation does not add Payhip purchase tracking, automatic button/metadata event collection or advanced-matching identity fields.

Retention and security

Required accounting and legal records are retained for the applicable period. Support and complaint records are kept while needed to resolve the matter, handle relevant follow-up or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retained information is reviewed and removed when it is no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies.

Reasonable steps are taken to restrict access and protect the information we control. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, or object to certain processing. Rights have conditions, including legal record-keeping requirements. Email officialhdfitness@gmail.com; proportionate information may be needed to identify the relevant records. Do not send identity documents without a specific, justified request through an appropriate secure process.

UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Other local rights and complaint routes may apply. Contact Payhip or the relevant provider for requests about information they independently control.

This notice will be updated when practices change. A new use that requires consent is not authorised merely because you revisit the website.
